I understand that arriving 10-15 minutes or later to an appointment will result in having to reschedule at my convenience.

I understand that canceling my appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service price and I forfeit any deposit.

I understand that not showing up on the day of my scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a “NO SHOW” fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price.

We require a credit card on file to make reservations. Credit card information is safely stored in our system and will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated.
